Job Summary
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s organizational structure, job architecture, HR policies, compensation frameworks, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
The role ensures alignment between organizational design and strategic business objectives, while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience.
Organizational Structure & Job Design
- Design, develop, and update the organizational structure in alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain job architecture, job families, and job classifications.
- Design new roles in coordination with the recruitment team.
- Conduct and maintain job analysis across all functions.
Job Evaluation & Job Descriptions
- Develop and maintain job evaluation systems (e.g., point-factor method).
- Update and standardize job descriptions across the organization.
- Develop job competencies including technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.

- Contribute to the design and updating of salary structures and compensation frameworks.
- Develop and enhance incentive schemes, commissions, and reward programs.
HR Policies & Procedures
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and improve HR manuals, employee handbooks, and internal regulations.
- Update delegation of authority (DOA) frameworks and HR governance documents.
Performance Management & Career Development
- Design and maintain performance appraisal systems and annual review processes.
- Support the implementation of annual objectives setting across departments.
- Develop career paths and succession planning frameworks.
Organizational Development & Analytics
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to enhance policies and processes.
- Prepare periodic reports on HR systems effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
- Research and implement best practices in organizational development.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR systems and processes.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned within the scope of HR development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Strategic HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation systems, job architecture, and compensation design.
- Experience in HR policy development and performance management systems.
- Strong analytical, structural thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured organizational environment.
