Fleet Coordinator role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Work location is in person.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics.
- Experience in vehicle coordination, maintenance, registration, insurance, and driver scheduling.
- Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and vehicle documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet tracking systems is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- UAE experience and current availability in the UAE are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and renewals.
- Monitor fuel, mileage, maintenance, and vehicle records.
- Coordinate and supervise drivers and transportation schedules.
- Handle fleet-related incidents, breakdowns, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic and safety regulations.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
