Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and external vendors.
- Manage external vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Identify project risks and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum three years of relevant construction experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Strong project management experience.
- Experience in contractor, consultant, and external vendor management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is stated as preferred/required, leaving its mandatory status unclear.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
