Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, accounting, and financial controls.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
- Monitor cost control, profitability, and financial performance across group companies.
- Manage consolidated financial reporting for group or holding company operations.
- Oversee accounting systems, ERP implementation, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and senior management.
Candidate requirements
- B.Com or M.Com with a mandatory CMA qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- At least 10 years of group or holding company experience; previous experience in this setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a major ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or an equivalent.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
Preferred experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Accounting or ERP systems experience is marked preferred in the experience details.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 15,000 per month.
