Job purpose
Perform workshop activities for Tyre Plus and MTSC, changing tyres and servicing vehicles to established processes, quality standards, and timelines.
Keep repair costs low to support profitability.
Operations
- Diagnose complex tyre-fitting problems and carry out vehicle servicing, including oil changes, air conditioning checks, brake pad changes, and minor tyre services.
- Identify repair causes and apply appropriate solutions under established guidelines.
- Follow the foreman's work schedule and timelines; communicate results and progress to the foreman or team leader and request assistance when needed.
Tools and equipment
- Use provided tools and manufacturer systems according to manufacturer repair guidelines and quality standards.
- Keep components around the work area in good working condition and operational.
Safety and work standards
- Observe safety rules for equipment, instruments, and products, and follow manufacturer directives.
- Take precautions to prevent damage to vehicles and avoid occupational hazards during repair work.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 1 to AED 2 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
