The Facility Attendant works under EPICO, which owns and manages residential and commercial properties and other facilities across the UAE.
The role supports facility maintenance services for residential-property tenants, aiming to provide quality service, customer satisfaction, timely maintenance, and property protection.
Accountabilities
- Assist the facilities supervisor with daily allocation of maintenance jobs in line with team members' skills and capacity.
- Ensure maintenance requirements are attended to and completed on time, to a high standard, and with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance checks on company property assets and track them regularly to reduce incidents and unnecessary costs.
- Clean residential building common areas and remove garbage.
- Clean water tanks when requested to support water hygiene.
Qualifications and experience
- Secondary School Education Certificate is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Property Attendant with a reputed facility management company is required.
- English is required.
