Role overview
Oversee interior fit-out works from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate design concepts with site execution, working with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Site execution and drawings
- Supervise site fit-out activities, including MEP coordination, joinery, ceiling works, wall finishes, flooring, and custom installations.
- Interpret and review architectural, interior design, and MEP shop drawings; identify site clashes or design discrepancies before execution.
Project delivery and compliance
- Monitor project progress against master schedules, track material lead times, and control on-site resources to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Inspect works for compliance with HSE guidelines and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade teams, and suppliers to meet quality and timeline targets.
- Assist with authority permits and approvals, including Civil Defense and Municipality approvals.
- Perform final snagging and manage client project handover.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Fit-out Engineer.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
