The employer is seeking a creative and technically skilled Fit-Out Architect to manage interior architecture projects from conceptualization through site execution.
The role combines aesthetic design capabilities with technical knowledge of interior space planning, architectural drafting, material specifications, and authority compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural space plans, interior layouts, structural modification details, and architectural working drawing packages.
- Translate design concepts and client requirements into technical drawings, including partitions, reflected ceiling plans, floor finishes, door/window schedules, and MEP integration layouts.
- Review and approve material samples, shop drawings, submittals, and joinery details to align with design intent and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Fit-Out Estimators, MEP Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain design integrity, project timelines, and cost control.
- Prepare submittal packages and handle design adjustments required for local authority approvals.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an architect is required.
- The ideal candidate has strong aesthetic design capabilities and technical knowledge of interior space planning, architectural drafting, material specifications, and authority compliance.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
