Role Purpose
Lead and coordinate individual or group adult fitness and physical training sessions for a specified health and fitness program.
Deliver an exceptional member experience through personal training sessions and inductions while meeting fitness KPIs and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve personal training session revenue targets and complete personal training inductions to set targets.
- Comply with health and safety responsibilities and uphold brand standards on and off the gym floor.
- Support club events and promote FITCODE services so members can maximize their gym membership.
- Maintain communication with members, accommodate feedback, and help members feel welcome and valued.
