Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit-Out Project Manager based in Doha, Qatar.
The Fit-Out Project Manager will oversee and manage fit-out project execution from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
include coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, developing project timelines, managing site operations, supervising expediting tasks, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and managing budgets effectively.
The role will involve supervision of logistics, inspection of materials and workmanship, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely project delivery in alignment with expectations.
Qualifications
- Project Management expertise with a proven ability to lead projects efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Atleast 5 years experience in the same field on Fit-Out works.
- Hands-on skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and maintain professional client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the fit-out industry and construction standards
- Proficiency in project management tools and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Engineering background is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury interior fit-out projects is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages spoken in the region is a plus
- Must be able to travel overseas anytime as per project requirement.
