Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Construction Manager
to lead and manage high-end
Finishing & Fit-Out Projects
across commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.
The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, site operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete site operations for finishing and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and productivity.
- Lead site teams and supervise finishing activities including:
- Gypsum & ceiling works
- Joinery & carpentry
- Flooring & tiling
- Painting & decorative finishes
- MEP coordination
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
- Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadline requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum
- 8–15 years
- of experience in
- construction finishing & fit-out projects

- Strong experience managing luxury/commercial interior projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and site management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects is preferred.
