Key responsibilities
- Select, clean, and prepare seafood, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, utensils, and equipment.
- Advise customers on fish selections and sushi options based on their tastes and preferences.
- Stay informed about seafood trends and seasonal fish.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder seafood, and minimize waste.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper fish storage techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
