About This Role
BOQ & Estimation
- Prepare BOQs based on drawings and project scope.
- Assist in cost estimation and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Support in cost comparison analysis and budgeting.
Vendor & Site Coordination
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Follow up on material submissions, approvals, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules.
- Support the Project Manager in daily site coordination activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation (submittals, RFIs, method statements, material approvals, etc.).
- Prepare progress reports and project tracking sheets.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project standards.
- Organize and maintain project files and correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
- Minimum
- 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Available to join immediately.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of joinery and custom interior works.
- Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and procedures.
- Strong vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
