Key responsibilities
- Supervise furniture carpenters and interior woodwork teams.
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure high-quality finishing, accurate measurements, and timely completion.
- Coordinate installation of furniture, cabinets, doors, wardrobes, and other joinery work.
- Visit sites and meet clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other site teams.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure proper use of tools and materials and follow workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in furniture carpentry, interior woodwork, and finishing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture installation, measurements, and finishing techniques.
- Experience supervising carpenters and managing site activities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications.
- UAE experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
