CCTV Technical Support Technician role with in-person work location.
Requirements
- B.Tech degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of relevant CCTV, networking, and technical support experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV configuration, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, switches, routers, and network connectivity.
- Knowledge of CCTV equipment, accessories, and materials available in the UAE market.
- Good communication, client-handling, and team coordination skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- UAE driving license preferred.
