Financial Reporting Division Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies • Analyze financial results and provide insights to support decision-making • Lead financial reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate with auditors and key stakeholders on reporting matters • Monitor reporting controls, governance, and data accuracy
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance, including leadership experience • Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
