- The role ensures effective financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment to strengthen the organization’s financial stability and performance.
- · **Financial Planning & Budgeting:** Prepare the company’s annual budget by coordinating with all departments to gather input, assess financial needs, and align budget targets with organizational goals.
- · Develop multi-year financial plans that reflect projected revenue, expenses, capital requirements, and growth strategies.
- Continuously monitor the budget throughout the year, evaluate performance against approved targets, and recommend corrective measures where deviations occur.
- · **Financial Forecasting & Analysis:** Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial forecasts based on market conditions, business performance, and operational changes.
- · Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to understand the financial impact of different business strategies, risks, and opportunities.
- · **Cost Control & Profitability Analysis:** Analyze cost structures and identify areas where expenses can be optimized without compromising operational efficiency.
- · Evaluate product/service margins, customer profitability, and departmental cost allocations to support pricing and resource allocation decisions.
- · Recommend cost-saving initiatives and track the financial impact of approved measures.
- · **Cash Flow Planning & Liquidity Management:** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements to ensure the business maintains adequate liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations.
- · Monitor inflows and outflows, identify cash flow gaps, and propose strategies such as payment scheduling, credit control, and financing options to optimize cash levels.
- · Work closely with the finance team to plan short-term investments or borrowing needs.
- · **Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring:** Prepare accurate and timely financial reports cash flow, and variance analysis and provide to the finance manager for review.
- · Analyze monthly financial results to highlight key trends, deviations from budget, and areas requiring attention.
- · Present financial insights and recommendations to the Finance Manager for review.
- · **Bank Transfers & Payment Processing:** Responsible for preparing and processing bank transfers, supplier payments, staff payments, and other financial transactions.
- · Ensure all bank transfers follow internal approval protocols and are recorded accurately.
- · Verify bank details, payment documentation, and reconcile payments with statements.
- · Coordinate with banks for transaction queries, payment follow-ups, and related issues
- · **Business Advisory & Strategic Support:** Act as a financial advisor to department heads by helping him in preparing financial plan budgets.
- · Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, business proposals, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- · **Financial Modeling & Decision Support Tools:** Develop detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, profitability, investment returns, and other financial metrics.
- · Regularly update models to incorporate new business assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- · **Compliance, Audit, and Policy Adherence:** Ensure all financial activities comply with organizational policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- · Coordinate with designers, photographers, and copywriters for timely content delivery.
- · **Performance Tracking & Reporting:** Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and share key insights with the management team.
- · Prepare supporting documents, schedules, and reconciliations required for internal and external audits.
- · Assist in addressing audit findings and implementing process improvements recommended by auditors in coordination with the Finance Manager.
- · **Process Improvement:** Identify weaknesses in financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting speed.
- · Promote best practices in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
- · **Ad hoc Duty:** perform other day-to-day activities as assigned by the Finance Manager
Education
· **Master /bachelor’s degree in Finance or CA**
Professional certification preferred: CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA.
Experience
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in financial planning, financial analysis, or similar roles.
· Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Experience in bank transfers, payment processing, and treasury operations is mandatory.
· Knowledge of banking procedures and secure payment processing.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
