Overview
We are currently a well enstablished holding company, looking to hire a Finance Director to lead the finance functions for one of its portfolio companies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Provide insights and analysis to support business growth, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
- Oversee and mentor finance teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven track record in strategic financial management, business partnering, and leadership.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.
