Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial strategy, oversee our fiscal operations, and drive sustainable growth. This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment where no two days are the same. The Finance Director will be a key partner to the executive team, offering financial insights, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the senior leadership team.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support business decisions and drive growth.

• Operational Finance: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and treasury activities.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, tax obligations, and internal controls. Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.

• Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions. 

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement financial systems and process enhancements to increase operational efficiency.

• Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in senior financial leadership roles.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with crypto payments, blockchain finance, or fintech is essential.

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
