Job Title: Financial Controller
Role Summary:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting overall financial health. This role is operational and compliance-focused, with strong oversight of accounting processes and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations:
- Oversee all accounting functions including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processes.
- Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate financial statements, oversee audits, and ensure timely reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure adherence to local financial laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.Identify and manage financial risks, including those related to currency fluctuations, interest rates, and credit exposure.Develop and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.Support budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against forecasts.Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Experience in audit handling and compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple financial functions effectively
