• **I.** **Position Summary**
• Junior Controller is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal
• control.
• He/she will also be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well
• as compliance with Tuv Sud Corporate office and local government regulations
• Follow all financial procedures as per corporate guidelines and as per management instructions.
• .
• **II.** **Responsibility and Authority**
• Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances
• Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure accuracy
• Preparing month-end reports for the management review including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
• Forecasting future financial performance and recommending changes to the management.
• Preparing and analysing financial and budgets reports
• Ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations
• Utilizing updated technologies and new systems for smooth business operations.
• Collaborates with managers to develop budgets for the business, usually on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Analysis and monitor actual performance versus budget and report variances to management.
• Works closely with managers across all departments of the organisation, as well as external parties such as vendors and customers/clients.

• Developing financial models and cash flow projections.
• Analyse results from these models to make recommendations for future activities such as marketing campaigns, and new product launches
• ##### **III.** **Education and Experience**
• Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant domain or along with certification like CPA or CA.
• 5-7 years’ experience as at senior level business and financial analyst position in public safety
• Industry with large organization.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in SAP, MS Office and large enterprise solution
• Work Area: Corporate Functions & Business Support
