Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial accounting operations and reporting processes.

• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors for successful completion.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Consult with management on long-term financial and business planning strategies.
• Assist in financial documentation and presentation for board meetings.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.

• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a financial role is essential.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desired.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software applications.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills for effective team supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
