Finlink Group is seeking an intermediate-level Financial Analyst for its finance team.
The role supports accounting expertise, core financial processes, accurate reporting, and continued team development.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments.
- Review journal entries from finance functions and ensure alignment with the general ledger.
- Manage prepaid expenses and maintain accurate records and timely entries.
- Support month-end and year-end close and ensure reporting is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Perform reasonableness checks and variance analysis on revenue and general expenses.
- Prepare and review budgets for utilities, building operations, and associated expenses.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate differences, and resolve outstanding items with colleagues.
- Assist with monthly financial statements and supporting analysis reports.
- Collaborate across finance to maintain accounting processes and consistency in financial reporting.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's or university degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or similar finance experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, general ledger processes, and connections between finance functions.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, problem-solving, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently during busy reporting cycles and contribute to team problem-solving.
