Role Overview
Intermediate-level Financial Analyst role supporting financial data analysis, accurate reporting, and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; review entries for general ledger alignment.
- Manage prepaid expenses and support month-end and year-end close.
- Perform account reasonableness checks, variance analysis, and investigations for revenue and general expenses.
- Prepare budget information for utilities and building operations; reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly financial statements and analysis reports; collaborate on consistent accounting processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, general ledger, and connections among finance functions.
Technical and Professional Skills
- Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, problem-solving, organization, and time management.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
