• We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to lead our financial model design in the UAE.
• Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll use your expertise in data structuring and analysis to forecast accurately using OLAP cubes and SQL databases, as opposed to Excel.

• What you’ll be doing
• Owning a portion of the financial forecast that is used by ExCo, the Board, investors, etc.
• Designing financial models and structuring data to facilitate analysis and create insightful forecasts
• Working closely with our Accounting, Data Science, Growth, Treasury, Risk, and other teams to ensure consistency in our work
• Creating and explaining analysis for ExCo, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Improving processes to be more robust and efficient
• Building financial models for new initiatives in the GCC
• Setting up and owning management accounting for the UAE
• What you'll need
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier company
• Impeccable quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis, using tools such as SQL, MS Excel, and/or Python
• Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• A track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
• A degree in finance or economics from a top university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute it
• Nice to have
• Experience in a similar role (FP&A, strategic finance, etc.) in a fast-growing fintech or tech startup
• A CA, CFA, or other relevant industry certification
• An MBA
