About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records (accounts payable, receivable, general ledger)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in audits (internal and external)
- Support tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
- Coordinate with other departments for financial planning and reporting
Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience
- UAE experience preferred
- Proficient in English
- Available to work full-time from the Dubai office
& Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Expected responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts management for group entities
- Monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- VAT return filing and FTA compliance
- Payroll processing and WPS compliance
- Accounts payable/receivable management
- Cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations
- Compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
