About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team at GTS Logistics Air Cargo Services Co.
LLC.
The candidate should have strong accounting and financial management skills, hands-on experience with Zoho Books, and good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage day-to-day finance operations, prepare cash flow reports, coordinate with the FTA, and ensure timely compliance with all tax-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain financial records using Zoho Books
- Prepare and monitor company cash flow statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) for:
- VAT filing and VAT return submissions
- VAT refund applications
- Corporate Tax compliance and filing support
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare financial reports, expense reports, and management summaries
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when required
- Support management in budgeting and financial planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Ability to prepare cash flow reports and financial statements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trading companies is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
