The Finance Manager is the single point of contact for the supplements division, managing end-to-end financial operations.
The role focuses on liquidity, bank relationships, and working capital across the supplements supply chain.
Working capital and treasury
- Act as the primary contact for banks and short-term lenders to secure and manage working capital facilities.
- Monitor business cash flows to fund procurement while maintaining healthy reserves; manage short-term lending instruments and lender requirements.
Inventory and supply chain finance
- Oversee raw-material and finished-product valuation in compliance with IFRS/IAS standards.
- Identify and forecast short-dated or expired inventory to enable proactive liquidation and protect gross margins.
- Analyze returns and logistical losses, including transportation losses, and recommend SOP improvements.
FP&A and business partnering
- Develop and manage annual Opex and Capex budgets for the supplements division.
- Deliver monthly budget-versus-actual reports with vendor-level insights.
- Partner with IT and dashboard teams to automate reporting and provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
Financial governance and reporting
- Lead statutory and internal audits and resolve queries about inventory and financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to UAE/regional VAT regulations and IFRS reporting standards.
- Streamline month-end closing to accelerate decision-making.
Candidate profile
- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Finance or FP&A.
- Proficiency in Zoho ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills for banking relationships and ability to translate numbers into strategies.
