Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting function of the group, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
• Oversee costing, inventory controls, profitability analysis, and operational performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support management with strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial best practices across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years UAE experience in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, trading, engineering, or project-based businesses will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, internal controls, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and automated accounting environments.
• Sound understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with business owners and senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: AED 15,000 – AED 25,000 per month
