We are looking for a sharp, client-ready Audit Manager to lead multi-industry audit engagements and drive the continued growth of our assurance practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements across real estate, trading, financial services, and hospitality sectors
- Review financial statements and working papers for compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory standards, including Corporate Tax, AML, and free zone compliance frameworks
- Supervise, coach, and develop audit seniors and associates
- Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate audit findings, key risks, and actionable recommendations to clients and partners
- Collaborate with tax, advisory, and legal teams on complex, multi-disciplinary assignments
- Contribute to business development and client proposals where applicable
Qualifications & Skills Set
- Qualified CA or CPA with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of
IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, AML regulations
- , and free zone compliance frameworks
- Proven track record managing a multi-client portfolio and leading audit teams
- Experience in
CaseWare
- or similar audit management tools is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Client-first mindset with the ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships
