The Finance Manager will join Heathrow's Capital Investment Portfolio team.

The role works with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Programme Delivery on major capital projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership on capital investment decisions with project and programme teams.
- Develop business cases and investment appraisals to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor financial performance across the capital portfolio and recommend corrective action.
- Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and internal controls.
- Present analysis to senior stakeholders and influence investment priorities and outcomes.
Required qualifications and experience
- Hold a professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or have equivalent experience.
- Have proven experience in capital investment, project finance, or portfolio management.
- Have strong analytical and financial modelling skills with attention to detail.
- Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Be able to interpret complex data and present clear recommendations.
Desirable qualifications and experience
- Experience in regulated industries or large infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Knowledge of investment appraisal techniques and risk management frameworks is desirable.
- Familiarity with governance processes in a complex organisation is desirable.
