Key responsibilities
- Develop analysis that helps business partners manage their areas more profitably.
- Prepare investment business cases and post-investment reviews.
- Monitor P&L risks and opportunities and work with stakeholders to manage them.
- Complete cost-benefit analysis and identify productivity and profitability improvements.
- Deliver monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance narrative.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the area.
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and explain processes, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Improve processes to support accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and develop up to two Finance Analysts, including objectives, reviews, and coaching.
- Deputize for the Senior Finance Manager when required.
