The role combines financial analysis, operational coordination, and project support across both business directions for a Trading and Valve Manufacturing businesses.
Key responsibilities include
- Financial planning, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Cash flow planning and management, financial analysis, and financial control.
- Financial analysis of valve manufacturing operations, including unit cost calculation, cost structure analysis, margin analysis, and production efficiency evaluation.
- Preparation and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Budget planning, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Payment verification, cost control, and support of internal financial procedures.
- IFRS accounting, UAE & Indian Corporate Tax & VAT/GST compliance.
- Banking, payments, and trade finance management.
- Contract and shipment/customs documentation management (AWB, SWB, BoL, invoices, etc.).
- Coordination with accounting, procurement, logistics, production, and operations teams.
- Company accounts management.
- Project management.
Requirements for the role
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills are mandatory.
- Understanding of manufacturing finance and industrial cost structures is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of 1C, ERP systems, and BI tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of how a company operates financially is essential.
- Active, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Multicultural team player with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of Russian & English languages is required.
- The role is initially remote, with a relocation opportunity to Dubai with business trips to India in the future.
