About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Finance Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings a proactive, go‑getter attitude to the team.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent understanding of the UAE market, and exceptional interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Manage banking relationships, ensuring smooth coordination with financial institutions for facilities, transactions, and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial communication.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other UAE regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA , MBA
- 3–10 years of relevant finance experience in the UAE, with strong exposure to banking and financial operations.
- Strong understanding of UAE banking systems, credit facilities, and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; able to deal confidently with banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented personality with a “go‑getter” mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software .
