Finance Manager

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing across all group entities

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, and internal policies

• Manage external audits and ensure timely completion of audit processes

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements with accuracy

2. Accounting Operations

• Supervise end-to-end accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets

• Ensure timely reconciliations, provisions, and journal entries across entities

• Standardize accounting policies and procedures across the group

• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and control in finance operations

3. Internal Controls & Governance

• Develop and maintain strong internal control systems and financial policies

• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory requirements

• Strengthen governance, risk management, and financial discipline

• Ensure adherence to company and statutory frameworks across regions

4. Treasury & Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships

• Oversee intercompany funding, settlements, and reconciliations

• Optimize working capital across receivables and payables

• Support funding and financial planning requirements

5. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance in UAE, KSA, and other regions

• Maintain strong understanding of VAT and corporate tax regulations

• Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory authorities

6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple entities

• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and senior leadership teams

• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and automation initiatives

• Drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
