Overview
Budget Management & Plan-vs-Actual Analysis.
Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts across all group entities, lead monthly variance reviews with budget holders, and consolidate group-level management accounts.
Daily Financial Control.
Review invoices and purchase contracts against approved budgets, verify correct cost centre allocation, and monitor committed vs. available budget in real time.
ERP Implementation.
Lead the Finance stream of our ERP project, deliver end-user training, and ensure data migration integrity.
Management Reporting.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with analytical commentary, maintain dashboards for senior management and the board, and support ad hoc modelling and scenario analysis.
External Reporting & Audit Support.
Provide interchangeable cover to the FM Financial Reporting & Audit on statutory accounts, IFRS workings, and audit files during leave or peak periods.
