About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to join a leading automotive organization in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial management expertise within the automotive industry and the ability to support business growth through strategic financial planning, operational control, and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full finance and accounting function of the business.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS standards, and local statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and treasury functions.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial efficiency across operations.
- Partner closely with operational departments to support business decision-making.
- Manage audits, tax requirements, and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance processes are in place.
- Support business planning, performance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, aftersales, and automotive financial processes.
- Experience with Autoline system is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Commercially aware with strong business partnering capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multi-branch or dealership operations will be an advantage.
