About This Role

Accounting Management

• Responsible for the company's overall general ledger accounting, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes;
• Review daily journals, handle bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable reconciliation, and adjust for discrepancies;
• Manage the company's asset ledger, accrue depreciation, and handle accounting related to asset disposal;
• Ensure the company's accounting records are complete, timely, and standardized, and archive them regularly in the archives room as required by the company.

Financial Statements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with local accounting standards and international accounting standards;
• Issue financial analysis reports, identify company accounting risks and problems, and organize investigations and rectification;
• Cooperate with external auditors to complete the annual audit;
• Cooperate with other financial reporting requirements proposed by headquarters;

Tax Compliance

• Support local tax calculation and declaration;
• Issue tax analysis reports and participate in process optimization to save company tax costs;
• Cooperate with external auditors to complete tax audits;
• Cooperate with other tax requirements proposed by headquarters;

Process Optimization

• Identify and improve efficiency issues in financial processes, and drive system optimization;
• Assist in the development and improvement of internal control policies to ensure the company's compliant operation;
• Cross-departmental collaboration:
• Maintain efficient communication with the finance team, business departments, and external organizations (such as auditors and tax authorities).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience in international finance, automotive industry finance, or financial analysis;
• Clear and meticulous work thinking, with numerical acumen and professional analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, proficient in using office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP;

• Dubai-office based role.
