REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A or commercial business partnering.
- Experience partnering with operations in a multi-site consumer business such as cinema, leisure, retail, F&B, or hospitality; F&B margin or concessions experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, investment appraisal, and business cases.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI and multi-country operations is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
