About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager with strong leadership qualities, combining technical finance expertise with disciplined execution, ownership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving financial control, compliance, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax requirements
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance
- Support management with financial insights for business decisions
- Handle banking relationships and treasury operations
- Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring performance and discipline
- Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- High level of ownership, accountability, and integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred)
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
- Experience in trading / export / logistics industry preferred
