We are hiring an experienced **Finance Manager** with a strong background in the **UAE Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing industry** to lead our finance operations and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets.
- Manage **high-volume payroll** and **WPS** processing for blue-collar and white-collar employees in compliance with **MOHRE** regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with **UAE VAT**, **Corporate Tax**, **IFRS**, and all statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow, and working capital.
- Monitor project costing, labor cost analysis, profitability, and cost control across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
- Support senior management with financial planning, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
- Minimum **4–5 years of managerial experience** in the UAE Labor Supply/Manpower sector.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, MOHRE regulations, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting**.
- Experience managing **high-volume payroll** for blue-collar workforces.
- Proficient in ERP/Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are preferred.
