Camp Boss

Overview

**Accommodation Location:** Jebel Ali, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day labor camp operations and accommodation facilities
• Supervise worker welfare, room allocations, and camp discipline
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with HSE standards
• Maintain camp occupancy records and administrative reports
• Coordinate camp inspections and maintenance activities
• Handle employee grievances and accommodation-related concerns
• Coordinate and transport employees for Medical Fitness Tests, Emirates ID Biometrics, Visa Processing, and other government-related appointments as required
• Liaise with HR, Operations, Transport, and Government Departments for smooth workforce management

Requirements

• Minimum **1-2 years of UAE experience** as a Camp Boss
• **Must have handled and managed 1,000+ laborers in the UAE**
• **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)**
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation regulations
• Excellent leadership and workforce management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reporting)
• Experience in manpower supply, construction, or large workforce environments is highly preferred
