Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Doha, Qatar.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance.
The role also involves analyzing financial trends, leading financial audits, and collaborating with other teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Experience in Taxation, Compliance, and Audit Processes
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare forecasts, and develop strategic financial plans
- Proficiency in Financial Software and Tools, including ERP systems
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of regional regulations and financial practices in Qatar is a plus
