Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide meaningful financial insights to management.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes and documentation.
• Contribute to financial reporting improvements and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
• 6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with supervisory or senior analyst exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
