Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the media industry to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing finance functions in media, advertising, digital content, production, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor revenue streams, production costs, and project profitability
- Handle financial analysis and support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and financial controls
- Work closely with management on business growth initiatives
- Manage vendor contracts and cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
- 5–10+ years of finance experience with exposure to the media industry
- Strong understanding of media business models, campaigns, production budgets, and revenue structures
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
