Finance Manager- Arabic Speaker

We are a growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Finance Manager- Arabic Speaker to manage end-to-end finance operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial support to management.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within the healthcare industry, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Manage full-spectrum accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

Prepare cash flow statements and working capital reports

Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions

Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts

Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures

Track actual vs budget performance and report variances

Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and internal controls

Handle VAT filings and reconciliations

Coordinate internal and external audits

Ensure proper financial documentation and record-keeping

Handle insurance billing coordination, receivables tracking, and collections monitoring (preferred)

Oversee revenue reconciliation from healthcare systems (if applicable)

Work closely with operations and billing teams

Preferably with UAE experience within Healthcare of FMCG
