Manage end-to-end financial management of the contracting division, focusing on project profitability, cost control, billing, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Location
- The stated location is Dubai, UAE.
Salary
- The stated salary is AED 25,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance of multiple live contracting projects.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, cost-to-complete, WIP, accruals, and project profitability.
- Drive timely billing, certifications, collections, retention recovery, and clearance of uncertified work.
- Manage cash-flow forecasts and identify funding requirements; support variations, claims, contract reviews, settlements, and commercial negotiations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, tender financial reviews, and project reporting; identify financial and commercial risks and implement controls.
- Lead a lean finance team and provide financial insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Requires 10–15 years of finance experience in construction contracting.
- Must be an ICAI-qualified Chartered Accountant and hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Requires hands-on project-finance, cost-control, cash-flow, and margin-management experience.
- Requires experience managing multiple live projects within a mid-sized contractor.
- A good understanding of construction contracts is required; FIDIC knowledge and Middle East contracting experience are preferred.
- Requires strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
