A growing UAE hospitality group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance function across multiple entities.
This hands-on role oversees accounting, cost control, compliance, and management reporting, and works with senior leadership to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities.
- Oversee daily sales and cash reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
- Lead cost control, including food costing, stock counts, and variance reporting.
- Manage payables and receivables, supplier reconciliations, and payment planning.
- Track capital expenditure and pre-opening costs for new venues.
- Run payroll and manage related accruals.
- Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and prepare for the annual audit.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, weekly flash reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Support stakeholder reporting and identify opportunities to protect margins.
Experience and qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of accounting experience within the UAE F&B or hospitality sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- A CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Experience managing multi-entity accounts and supporting new openings.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
