Drive expansion of an established F&B business across the UAE by identifying and securing new locations.
Evaluate commercial opportunities, negotiate leases, and align new locations with the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and secure sites; develop expansion plans and geographic market maps.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, leasing agents, and commercial partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, location scouting, and site assessments covering footfall, demographics, accessibility, and viability.
- Prepare feasibility studies and financial assessments; negotiate lease terms and agreements.
- Identify existing retail spaces for acquisition and conversion into outlets.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and projects; conduct site visits with senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain a location pipeline, and report expansion progress.
- Ensure site acquisition and leasing activities comply with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of business development, retail expansion, or commercial real estate experience.
- Experience securing locations for F&B or multi-unit retail businesses and strong knowledge of the UAE commercial property market.
- Established relationships with UAE landlords, property developers, and leasing agents.
- Experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, and commercial feasibility assessments.
- Financial acumen, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and market analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car.
- Organized, proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
