Finance Manager

Job purpose

Planning and performance

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year planning across entities.
• Develop revenue, EBITDA, balance sheet, and cash flow models; prepare management packs, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Support Board, shareholder, and Group reporting with accurate, timely financial information.

Control and compliance

• Oversee month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Group accounting policies, and internal controls; maintain finance policies and delegated authority frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and close findings.

Tax, treasury, and partnering

• Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance; monitor cash, liquidity, and funding requirements.
• Improve collections and working capital; govern vendor payments and support banking, capital calls, and bank guarantees.
• Advise business leaders on pricing, profitability, costs, investment cases, and financial risks.

Systems and team leadership

• Drive ERP optimization, finance transformation, entity integration, reporting automation, and process documentation.
• Lead and review finance team work, support coaching and recruitment, and build stakeholder relationships.

Technical and leadership skills

• Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modelling, IFRS, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, audit management, cash flow, working capital, and treasury.
• Advanced Excel; ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent; Planful or equivalent; Power BI or Tableau.
• Commercial analysis, investment appraisal, risk mitigation, executive communication, influencing, organization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Multi-entity group experience with consolidation and intercompany exposure; led at least one full budgeting and statutory audit cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA.
• ERP experience in reporting, controls, and process improvement is an advantage; technology, investment holding, or high-growth sector exposure is preferred.
